The Meridian Center is prepared to create a food and beverage experience that will leave your guests looking forward to your next event. To simplify the process, our chef has created several breakfast, lunch, dinner and hors d’oeuvres selections to exceed your expectations. You may also create a custom meal experience by choosing your own menu selections or meet with our chef to create a completely unique experience.

Outside caterers will be allowed provided documentation of a State of Kansas Caterer’s Food License, and a certificate of Liability Insurance meeting the minimum coverage dictated by the State of Kansas Department of Agriculture is received by the Meridian Center. Standard fees for allowing outside catering will be $3 per attendee. Additional fees may apply if use of the Meridian’s kitchen equipment, china and silverware is needed from an outside caterer.
